Payments for Rusticcare Atelier services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on rusticcare.skin.

• When reading payment guidance on this site, mention that page name in your visit@this site subject so Rusticcare Atelier routes it correctly.
• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from visit@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Bahrain norms.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact visit@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Manama unless otherwise stated.

Written care notes follow every printmaking handoff here and returning-client notes stay attached to your ticket. City regulars know the door note is current.
